Mike Lentz
I started in real estate as an investor. I was working as a mechanical engineer, buying rental properties on the side, and realized the properties were the part of my week I actually looked forward to. So I made the switch in 2009.
Since then, I’ve handled transactions across the full spectrum in South Jersey: multi-unit investment properties, estate homes, first-time buyers, relocations. I work primarily in Gloucester, Camden, Burlington, Salem, and Cumberland counties.
I grew up in Mt. Laurel and have spent most of my life in South Jersey. I know these markets at the street level because I’ve lived in them, not just sold in them.
The majority of our business comes from referrals. That is the part of this work I’m most proud of. It means past clients felt informed, well taken care of, and confident enough in the experience to send people they care about our way.
I live in Pitman with my wife, our three daughters, and a dog. When I’m not working, I’m usually tinkering with cars, hiking, camping, or down in Ocean City.
Tanya Niederman
As the Executive Administrator for The Mike Lentz Team, one of Tanya’s goals is to provide exceptional customer service to all of our clients. Tanya assists both our sellers and buyers in their real estate transactions, from contract to close, and beyond. Her background includes business administration and management. She is also a licensed Real Estate agent.
Tanya is the mother of three, and she, along with her family have been residents of South Jersey for more than 18 years. When she is not at cheerleading competitions or ice hockey games with her children, she enjoys music, the outdoors, days at the shore, spending time with family and friends and meeting new people.
