Buyers in Burlington County now have noticeably more inventory, with active listings up 24.2% to 1,115 homes. Just over 52% of sales closed above list price, close to last year’s share, so strong offers are still needed on desirable homes. New listings fell nearly 30%, though, which has kept the overall supply gain in check.
Sellers continue to do well, with closed sales up 10.3% and the median price rising to $437,000. Homes sold in a median of 17 days, a couple days longer than last July but still fast by historical standards. More than half of all sales closed above asking, showing demand remains healthy.
Burlington County prices have climbed steadily since 2020, and July 2026 adds another year over year gain to that streak. Closed sales picked back up after a softer stretch, even as new listings dropped sharply from last year. Inventory has grown for several months in a row, a shift from the tight conditions seen in recent years.
