What This Means for Buyers in Burlington County

Buyers in Burlington County now have noticeably more inventory, with active listings up 24.2% to 1,115 homes. Just over 52% of sales closed above list price, close to last year’s share, so strong offers are still needed on desirable homes. New listings fell nearly 30%, though, which has kept the overall supply gain in check.
